Position 1: Retail Operations Executive (ToTT @ Suntec / ToTT @ Dunearn)

To improve sales through excellent customer service, knowledgeable product advisory or recommendations and proper inventory control.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to customers’ needs and enquiries.
  2. Check communication book and follow-up outstanding issues.
  3. Provide after sales service and follow-up attention.
  4. Sales for section and cross-selling whenever possible.
  5. Conduct product demonstration on weekends and public holidays.
  6. Housekeeping
  7. Check stock for order list and pick list
  8. Replenish stock, conduct stock take and update bin card.
  9. Check price and promotion updates on EPB system


Requirements:

  1. Be attentive to customer enquiries.
  2. Must be sales orientated and understand customers’ needs.
  3. Good product knowledge.
  4. Willingness to learn.
  5. Must be computer literate.
  6. Dependable and hard working
  7. Basic Math skills
  8. Ability to work retail hours and on weekends.
  9. Retail Experience is an advantage.

 

Position 2: Team Leader – Cashier

To ensure smooth operations of Cashier Department with observance of Manpower requirement and Cashier SOP

Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting customers
  2. Attend to customer enquiries and needs.
  3. Check all cash control requirements and procedures before and after work-day.
  4. Ensuring Adhering to ToTT SOP on Cashiering Procedure
  5. Handling cash, credit card, NETs and voucher transactions.
  6. Oversee all transactions accuracy and rectify all faulty transactions
  7. Ensure smooth flow of customers at cashier counters, appoint Duty Cashier /Packer, regulate cashier’s meal time and cashier’s scheduling.
  8. Disseminate information on upcoming events and promotions.
  9. Housekeeping of cash counter and its surroundings.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience as a cashier ( 2 years of which as a Senior Cashier )
  2. Must be meticulous and have an eye for detail.
  3. Understand customers’ needs.
  4. Honest and Trustworthy.
  5. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  6. Excellent customer service ability.
  7. Dependable and hard working
  8. Ability to multi-task
  9. Ability to work retail hours and on weekends.
  10. Additional duties when required

 

Position 3: Head Chef (ToTT @ Dunearn)

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee food production for bistro, Bake&Go, and events
  2. Source, purchase and manage replenishment of food supplies
  3. Plan & engineer Promo and seasonal menu for bistro, events, and Bake&Go
  4. Oversee monthly stock-take
  5. Ensure and maintain standards for food quality, portion control and food presentation
  6. Manage and control food cost & minimise wastage to stay within specified targets
  7. Manage labour cost, and plan weekly kitchen schedule
  8. Ensure good maintenance of all cooking equipments and utensils
  9. Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen area at all time
  10. Communicate with Event executives and F&B Ops Manager to plan and coordinate events
  11. Evaluate staff performance and appraisal

 

Requirements:

  1. At least 6-10 years of kitchen management experience
  2. Advanced food hygiene and HACCP certificates
  3. Effective leadership and team management skill
  4. Able to train and coach surbordinate
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Basic IT knowledge and skills
  7. Excellent customer service skills


Position 4: BISTRO CREW/EVENTS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (ToTT @ Dunearn)

Assist the F&B Manager in the Food and Beverage Service Team to achieve sales targets and support ToTT’s mission to inspire creative dining experiences that connect generations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with F&B Ops manager and Head Chef to plan and coordinate events.
  2. Monthly stock-take across bistro, studios, and Bake & Go.
  3. Maintenance of all cooking equipments and within the studio and Bake&Go.
  4. Be knowledgeable of studio Equipment to assist chefs who uses the studio.
  5. Handling Daily Bistro & Bake & Go operations e.g. cashier, floor service, opening & closing duties.
  6. Additional duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  1. At least 1Years F&B experience.
  2. Food hygiene and HACCP certificates
  3. Customer service skills
